Custom context menu for the trayIcon element - is it possible?

The designer came up with such a wonderful menu. + gradients in each option, + some graphics, + rounded corners

Who, if not a designer, should know what usability is. And the creation of multi-colored tray menus only complicates perception. Well, if this is not the game "Paint the tray menu." And programmers have to play suborbny games.

Perhaps, if you catch the menu rendering event and programmatically draw your own. But mouse coordinates are simpler, it seems to me.
