Custom content filtering in gulp-file-include?

gulp.js

I use this plugin to include content on the page during development. There are modules of the same type on the page, in order not to create a template for each of them, an idea appeared - to create one file with the same type of elements (there are about 5-6 of them) and filter when included on the page (select the one you need).
The question is how to implement this using this plugin, or maybe there is something else?
