Cursor and black screen?
After the greeting, a black screen appears with the cursor explorer.exe does not start, safe mode does not help, there is no restore point.

1) CTRL+ALT+DEL -> "New task (or something like that)" -> "explorer.exe" -> OK
2) Bring it to service
3) Kill Windows.
