and {"to": "USD", "rate": 0.0282262, "from": "RUB"}
outputs 0.0282262 ??? How is that in general?
If you look at other currencies (not RUB), then everything is OK.

divide 1 by 0.0282262 and get the correct course. It's just a reciprocal
