The day before yesterday this hotkey stopped working. Before that everything was ok. I suspect the problem may be caused by the fact that Emmet installed. Google does not give an answer, because of the complexity of the query formulation, it slips all kinds of garbage. How to fix it? You need to somehow check the assignment of hotkeys in Emmet. Ok, then how to do it?

by removing the plugins one by one - you will find out what's wrong.
ps Emmett doesn't seem to break it.
once it worked and broke - it’s definitely the fact that he himself installed it recently

The question is closed. I got into the Default Keymap and copied this line into the User Keymap - it all worked.
