CSV to Excel how to make the correct display?

I am uploading to CSV, the file has the following line:
Иванов Иван Иванович;892003095541;2017-03-29
Which in excel is converted to:
Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich 8.92003E + 11 03/29/2017
I.e. phone is converted to some other value.
How to avoid it?

Open csv in notepad++, change everything ; to a tab character.
In the excel file, set the cell type to text.
Copy and paste data from notepad++ into excel file.
