For simple styles, as already mentioned, htmlbook.ru is enough. If you want a deeper understanding of the material, then I recommend:
E. Meyer "CSS Cascading Style Sheets" (ed. O'Reilly)
C. Mussiano and B. Kennedy "HTML and XHTML" (ed. O'Reilly) - here several chapters cover css
