Who makes up mailing lists. Share. All articles call for the use of tables for almost everything.
1. Is it possible to set the main external table, and use divs with widths, paddings and margins for the internal layout? Or do without tables at all.
2. What is the best way to type lists with non-standard markers?
3. What programs/services are currently the weak link?

1. It is better to make up tables entirely.
2. Type lists via list-style-image, but they won't be supported everywhere.
3. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the plate and save it to your bookmarks :)
