CSS coded like so?

Walked, wandered through the expanses of the web and came across a rip of my template.
I opened the source code in the browser, and there is such a quotation in the CSS code:

More like it's the wrong file encoding.

Above were right - wrong encoding.

@font-face {
font-family:'FontAwesome';
src:url('/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.eot?v=4.3.0');
src:url('/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.eot?#iefix&v=4.3.0') format('embedded-opentype'),
url('/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.woff?v=4.3.0') format('woff'),
url('/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.ttf?v=4.3.0') format('truetype'),
url('/fonts/fontawesome-webfont.svg?v=4.3.0#fontawesomeregular') format('svg');
font-weight:normal;
font-style:normal;
}

html,
body {
height:100%;
min-width:320px;
}

body {
font:normal 12px/12px Arial, sans-serif;
-webkit-text-size-adjust:none;
-ms-text-size-adjust:none;
color:#333;
}

body * {
max-height:1000000px;
}

.wrapper {

}

There is such a plug-in for Photoshop - PNG-Hat, for convenient export and copying of image code. PNG-Hat, once, gave out such hieroglyphs as you have given, when I tried to copy from PNG-Hat and paste the base-64 image code into the editor. I classified it as a glitch. After restarting Photoshop, the problem disappeared, the base-64 code began to copy / paste normally.
