Crust remotely for a programmer?

Hello everyone! I have been hard at work learning web programming for almost a year now. I develop in some areas, I'm going to freelance. So that's the point, I have to move to a big city, I'm from a poor small city that no one needs, and are there any forms of distance learning or distance learning after the 9th grade in order to work and gain knowledge, but so that this training does not take much time. So that I can concentrate on my task and also so that it fits with a reprieve from the army? Many thanks to those who will take this issue adequately

No freelancing experience? Good luck. Times are interesting now - it's easier than ever to get a remote job as a junior.

How old are you? If not 18 - find a job - quest. The chances of getting into an educational institution where you will receive more than you spend are minimal, and after 9 classes ... it's probably possible ... somewhere ...
to a reprieve from the army?

It's like postponing a trip to the dentist, this issue will still have to be solved somehow.

In my opinion, the most healthy option is to enter the university, start studying and continue taking courses;
And best of all in your hometown. Now is the era of remoteness. If you are a really good specialist, it is quite possible to find a job remotely!
