Crown zoo management?

Good day!
In the life of every administrator, there comes a moment when the number of servers exceeds a critical point and it is not possible to keep track of all the variety of crown tasks launched on them. Tasks start, stop, do not start...
In this regard, I have a question for you - who and how curbs this flow of information? Parsing logs?.. It is possible, but you need to know what to expect...
There was an option to use Jenkins for this purpose (while it regularly rustles on 4 windows servers) But what if there is a better one?
I ask for your help - what are the Best Practices for monitoring cron work?
