There are many posting plugins. In our work we use:
- AccessPress Facebook Auto Post (++)
- AccessPress Twitter Auto Post (++)
- Vkontakte API (++)
- Jeckpack "Publications" for Google+ (+)
++ - the ability to send both when publishing and when post update
+ - the ability to send when a post is published
By the way, with the help of Jeckpack "Publications" you can set up Fb with Twitter, but also only for publication
