How to arrange options for choosing photos from different social networks?

I want to place a form on the site in which the user can either upload his photo or choose from some social network (2-3 options).

I am looking for an example of how it is most convenient to arrange this in terms of user use.

Can anyone suggest where exactly to look for such examples?

In Yandex mail, you can tick the “show portraits of recipients” checkbox, and then when viewing a specific letter, you can look at the recipient’s photos in different social networks (if any). Look, maybe just what you want is the choice of a picture from a social network.
