Cross compiling under Tplink WR703N?

I have a program: https://github.com/ermolenkom/noolite
And there is a WR703N router with openwrt on which I want to run this program. She needs to build libusb-1.0-0 and libusb-1.0-0-dev
Question. How can I build it with an Ubuntu computer?
PS Yes, I know that there is not arm, but mips, but there are more answers about arm :)
