Crop an iframe?

Good afternoon!

Guys, we are making a website for mobile applications using sencha touch2. We use iframe on this site. The problem is that the iframe is clipped to the height of the mobile device and cannot be rendered to its full height.
This iframe behavior is found on the iPad, iPod, and iPhone. On android iframe is not clipped.

Please tell me how to fix this bug for iPad, iPod and iPhone.

And if you make the iframe bigger than the screen, how do you scroll it? How not to confuse page scrolling and content scrolling in an iframe? The solution is not to use an iframe or make it the height of the screen.
