CRM with web form for website?

The functionality is simple: a web form is placed on the site with custom fields from crm - Name, phone number, selects, comment, etc.
After submitting the form, the data should go to crm and to a separate mail.
The application is created in crm. You can change the status of the application - New / processing / paid.
I tried Bitrix24 - everything is there, but everything is so inconvenient, just awful.
Podio - the ideal solution would be, but the data does not come to the mail.
Advise, crm like Podio, preferably free .
Or maybe there are other, easier ways!
