I will answer myself, maybe it will be useful to someone.
I did not find a simple solution, besides a free one. Therefore, I work according to this scheme.
Stock " Dialer ", " Contacts ", " Calendar ".
I make notes on contacts in the Call Notes application , notes appear on top of the screen, it works even with those contacts that are not in the phone book.
Call reminders are made in Inbox , which are added to the same calendar.
