Advise normal and simple crm.
Based on these tasks:
1. receiving leads from all channels (website form, calls + recording conversations, social networks, etc.)
2. working with leads (deals + customizable sales funnel)
3. convenience of the mobile version
Own tools will be a plus (widget callback, etc.)

I do not offer Bitrix24, but AmoCrm should be suitable.
There are few criteria, almost everything fits it.

We have worked with AMO, Bitrix, Pipedrive, Ramex - each useful in its own way. It also depends on the niche in which you work.

The mobile version is just an option. Most often there is no mobile version. How fundamental it is is also unclear.
