CRM for task management?
By the will of fate, I have to deal with many clients who need to perform certain tasks from time to time (sometimes, for example, a task may contain many subtasks). Now I'm doing this whole thing in excel, where in the first columns are the details, and then step by step the task / subtask as I complete it, I put "1" in the corresponding cell. Thus, I see the progress of the task in general and can "easily" find the place of the plug and so on. But still, sometimes, depending on the tasks, you have to rewrite the logic (formulas), somewhere in general, the structure of the table. Yes, and with sending messages (at least the same email), again, there are problems.
As an example, preparation for the production of EDS. It is necessary to send out a letter to all clients with instructions and attachments of contract templates and so on. Then note, for example, that a response came from them with the correct contract. Transfer this contract to the 3rd party for registration, make sure that it was accepted there and, for example, inform the client with a template that he can give a lift (transfer the originals). Or, for example, if the 3rd party did not accept the contract, then they will return to 1 point.
It is clear that the direct monitoring of the correctness itself will be carried out all the same with eyes, but I would like convenience different from Excel. And the ability to somehow graphically build tasks. Now, when I received a letter from a client and saw that the contract was correct, I need to press the reply button on the letter and write "Thank you, the contract has been received. Initially checked. Accepted for work. Wait for further instructions.", or "The contract is not correct, does not satisfy stated requirements, it is required to double-check and send the corrected one.". Well, get into Excel and put / remove "1" there. But I would like to draw a flowchart somewhere (and be able to edit it later on running tasks on the fly) tasks where all the templates and so on will be, and then just select clients with whom to work on the task and start the whole thing in one button.
Now we have 1s document flow. But he is not very agile in this matter.
Thanks in advance.
