Creation of training videos and tutorials on the service - are there inexpensive options?

Hey!
Friends, tell me, what tools do you use on your own to create high-quality training videos?
For me, videos of this kind can already be considered of high quality:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JaKgMphVMzY&t=1s
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W-XJQRai748 - I especially want to make such videos
What and how are all these increases, "decorative" chips achieved? Is there a program in which you can create this (I tried animoto - but something didn’t work).
If you are collaborating with someone, then please give the contacts of people who can make 10-12 videos with an overview of the service's chips at a reasonable price.

These are very simple videos, in terms of animation, the second one seems to be completely screencasted. Most likely in camtasia or similar. In the first, primitive effects in Premier Pro can be done without special skills. The examples you showed, despite the simplicity of the animation, are done quite well, and similar work will not be very cheap.

Hello!
Perhaps the iSpring Suite program is suitable for solving your problem. This simple program allows you to create training videos right in PowerPoint. You can read about the possibilities of iSpring Suite for creating videos in the article: https://www.ispring.ru/elearning-insights/videostu...
