Creation of subdomains on Bitrix. How to implement?

How technically is it possible to create a subdomain of a site on Bitrix?
Preferably, at minimal cost, now there are two sites on hosting - one main, the other as a subdomain, test, which is closed from indexing, we want to expand the site to other regions through subdomains, how can this be done without copying the site to each region?

As I understand it, subdomains have been created, all sites have one ip address, everything is on the same hosting. The multisite setting for Bitrix has been applied.
All settings are made by an experienced Linux user in Apache and ngnix - subdomains are added, indicating the folders with the location of the site.
It is not specified on which server all this economy is located.
