Creation of new contests (giveaway) in the user's personal account?

Hi all!
It is necessary to implement the creation of contests (giveaway) so that a regular user (not an admin) can create a contest in his personal account. The personal account is implemented through the WCFM plugin. Is it possible to implement this with the functionality of a theme plugin? Also, can you please recommend a plugin.
