Please tell me what the problem is, I'm trying to create a new container: vzctl create 102 --ostemplate centos-6-x86
Falls out:

You have the system disk quota mechanism enabled for the partition on which you are trying to create a container.
Either create a virtual machine without disk quotas, or disable the quotas built into the system.
