Creating an openVZ container

Please tell me what the problem is, I'm trying to create a new container:
vzctl create 102 --ostemplate centos-6-x86
Falls out:

vzquota : (error) Quota on syscall for id 102: File exists
vzquota : (error)       Native quota is already running for this partition.
vzquota on failed [3]
Creating container private area (centos-6-x86)
vzquota : (error) Quota is not running for id 102
vzquota : (error) Quota on syscall for id 102: File exists
vzquota : (error)       Native quota is already running for this partition.
vzquota on failed [3]
Destroying container private area: /vz/private/102
Creation of container private area failed

You have the system disk quota mechanism enabled for the partition on which you are trying to create a container.
Either create a virtual machine without disk quotas, or disable the quotas built into the system.
