Creating an application in C# and JS, what else do you need?

I know sharp (I can’t assess my level) and js.ext is a bit of ordinary js, is it possible to make a website using only these two technologies? how to connect them? if an application is automatically created in the studio, there is also html & razor, is it possible without them? maybe someone has an article that explains what and how it works with what.
Goal: I want to make my own website. but I don’t really think about html with a gap, and there is an article explaining how they work.

I can’t imagine how you can make a website without html and css...
For study, I can recommend these materials:
https://metanit.com/web/html5/
https://metanit.com/sharp/aspnet5/
This is enough to make your own website .
If you don’t feel like learning these technologies at all, then you can try to make a website in C# alone:

all about ASP.NET

and even in Russian https://docs.microsoft.com/ru-ru/aspnet/
it is theoretically possible even without js - smoke Blazor
in addition to search on Habr
, only the level is far from zero is needed there))
but html and css cannot be bypassed - the page markup is built on them. there is no other way today. you have to learn at least the basics
