Creating a wordpress site application on Android

Hello!
I own a small community. Built on Wordpress. Recently, requests have begun to come in to make an application for Android.
Its essence is simple - reading and commenting on entries + push notifications about new entries.
The question is this:
I have little to do with programming and have no skills (but I really want to learn). Therefore, please tell me where to start learning and is it difficult to do this for an unknowing person (in fact, this is a regular rss reader with the ability to comment, which is not very important)
