I would like to teach how to create a website in Java, but I don’t know where to start yet...
tell me what to do first?
(I have experience in programming. I'm a web programmer, but in php)
Are there video courses on creating a site in Java? (It would be better in Russian)

To write software for industrial customers (where beautiful pictures are not the main thing), Spring is usually chosen: fast, reliable, not JAVAEE.
To write your WEB, I recommend Serving Web Content with Spring MVC . You can download the initialization project and bring it to mind or the final one.
On the same Spring Guides site, you will find examples with databases, REST, and other Spring technologies.
