Creating a Server Based LiveCD with Ubuntu 12.04

Good afternoon dear community.
I ran into a situation - there is a server based on Ubuntu 12.04 with a lot of customized software (including compiled from source codes). You need to prepare your distribution's LiveCD to install servers similar to this (if it can work without installation, this will be a very nice bonus). Tried remastersys , looked at relinux - unfortunately they all require an X server for the installer process.
Is there any other way to create your Ubuntu 12.04 based text installer distribution? It will be put on the most different and unpredictable hardware without my participation, so simple cloning will not work here.

I will not answer exactly as you want.
Maybe it will be faster and less expensive to write a good shell script that will install everything, build it, compile it, remove dependencies and much more.
Because building a distribution kit is not a very sound idea, and given that some of the software is compiled anyway, compilation commands will still need to be written.
If you want to build a distribution with software that will work out of the box, then my advice above will be very inappropriate.

I, too, will answer not quite, as you want. I proceeded from the task of "installing servers similar to this"
My method requires stopping the standard. And then dd from it to the file and dd from the file to the target drive. I have small images - it turns out quickly. The main thing then is to change the unique settings. Although of course you can make this replacement in the scripts.
