Creating a project in Flash Builder?

I am newbie know little AS3 downloaded Flash Builder but couldn't create project please help me.

It is worth reminding you that you can draw and work on the timeline only in adobe flash cc (or cs6 as they used to call it).
FlashBuilder is for code only, although if my memory serves me, it has an editor for flex, but that's beside the point.
Well, it's code-only, and it's paid, and it's terribly slow and tedious. Therefore, I sincerely advise you to switch to the free and fast and wonderful FlashDevelop . The only thing that can scare you away is the lack of the Russian language, but believe me that this is the only right choice for you.
