Creating a poll in a conversation via vk_api?

How to create a poll in a conversation via vk_api on behalf of a bot?
When I authorize a bot (community) and try to create a poll in a conversation or community wall, it is not created. And it gives an error that VkApi does not contain polls, what should I do?
