The file is encrypted with a master key or master password of the appropriate length.
The master password is then encrypted with different personal passwords.
Available in Symantec Encription Desktop.
You create an encrypted disk, and make accounts in access (XZ is the maximum, but I personally did 8). Each account can use either a key or a password as authorization.
But the problem is that they cannot work at the same time. Even for reading.
