Create a chat using AWS?

Good afternoon! I'm wondering if it's possible to create a chat with AWS (only with it). As I read, with the help of SNS something can be done (or maybe not :). The problem is that I can't find any examples of creating a chat with AWS.

AWS is a priori not "he" but "they" - it's a bunch of different services. If you mean EC2, then it's just a kind of VPS. What you program is what you get.
