CPU update. What do you recommend?

Hello.

Available:
CPU Intel i3 6100
GPU Palit 1050ti 4GB
Mother msi b250m mortar
Ozu HyperX 12GB ddr4 2133 MHz
PSU AeroCool Kcas 600W
Cooling. cpu Deepcool Maelstrom 240T
Storage Samsung MZ-V7E250BW M.2, Samsung MZ-76E250BW SATA, WD Blue 1TB

Games: battlefield 1, battlefield 5, star wars battlefront, doom.

What is the point of the question. Recently in games I notice that the percentage. 100% loaded. Reinstalled Windows, etc.
Nothing changes.
In real life, probably 2 cores are already not enough for games.

Thinking about buying a new processor.

I think it makes no sense to buy i5 or i7 on 1151. i5 are rather weak for their money. i7 is expensive. Not such a gamer to now spend 20tr + per cent.

And there are two options left: 1151v2 or switching to ryzen. Both options are motherboard replacement.
I'm currently looking at a ryzen 5 2600 or i5 9400f. With an eye to the future, there will be a transition to a processor and a more powerful video card.

Interested in your opinion.
Thank you.

Ryzen 5 2600 vs Intel i5 8400 in games: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nS-t2Z0Wc3I
If in the future you want a new processor without changing the motherboard - only AMD, you will have to change the motherboard for Intel along with the processor.
IMHO, in a limited budget, and with the potential for an upgrade, you need to take the Ryzen 5 1600 AF. These are updated ryzens, essentially the same 2600, only slightly less productive. It is enough for all modern games.
But!
Under Ryzen, you will have to take a higher-frequency memory, or at least overclock this one at least a little. 2133 MHz is not enough. Ryzens are more demanding on memory than Intels.

Intel, nvidia - only them!
Next is the budget.

The total budget would have written at least.
A month as a friend, I collected such a config:
-9600kf (15k)
-rtx 2060(24k)
-GIGABYTE Z390 UD (9k)
-Deepcool GAMMAXX L240T (4k)
-Samsung QVO 1tb (7k)
-Kingston KVR24N17S8 / 8 * 2 (5k)
Released 67k, but they also took a case for 3.5k.
He wanted Intel and NVIDIA and only new ones (for 24k you can probably find a used gtx 1080)
About amd - then I checked, our Intel competitor cost the same amount.
In fact, you need to sell-buy your mother, percent and vidyuhu only. Well, buy 4GB of RAM so that humanly there are 2 in the stem)

Ryzen 3500 - if you need 60 fps everywhere without a corral about red / blue. Wonderful percent, personally tested. 3600 - it will be necessary to twist the mother and memory, in principle, today the top for your money. Both are quite enough for 1070 ti, 1080.
There is no point in 9100f. 9400f, in principle, is absolutely ideal for games, it will drag everything even on a b chipset and cheap memory. Z mother and 3000+ memory - 1080ti 99% loading everywhere.
But in software 3600>9400f ~ 30%.
