Courses or books on Oracle in a short time?
There is no time catastrophically. From all the variety of books and video tutorials, I did not find anything suitable.
Is there an express study, only the basics, no water and nothing more. Desirable - Oracle architecture, how to work with oracle, PL/SQL basics
And all this as quickly as possible, I understand that there are books bloated for 600+ pages, where there is a lot of useful and interesting things, but this is already a step in depth. I want just a superficial and quick entry into Oracle
And yes, I know SQL, as well as a little experience in using PostreSQL

Oracle has very good documentation. Try starting from here:
https://docs.oracle.com/en/database/oracle/oracle-...
2 Day Developer's Guide
Database Development Guide
you need to start with the oracle concepts documentation and the developer's guide, oracle's dock is excellent. I know there are translations of docks, but I have not seen it for free. then you can look through Thomas Kyte "Oracle for professionals", but there is already enough water.
