Please advise courses for advanced Rails (+Ruby) developers. Particularly interested in: testing, scaling, setting up servers, advanced backups and improving application fault tolerance.

www.codeschool.com/ - there are good courses here and not only on rails.

You probably won't find a better job. But you can look at peepcode. But they are paid until the first torrent.

Thank you, I'm already subscribed to Railscasts, but I would also like courses in the form of practical tasks, with explanation and practice, not in my spare time.
