Could Referrer-Policy be the reason for cors errors?

Hey everyone,

requests to our backend api are giving cors error - could the Referrer-Policy set to no-referrer be the cause?

although for cors api pass trace HEADERS

Access-Control-Allow-Methods: "'GET,POST,OPTIONS'"
Access-Control-Allow-Headers: "'Content-Type,Authorisation,My-Api-Key,RestricteduserID'"
Access -Control-Allow-Origin: "'*'"
