Hello. I created a ticket bot. Everything worked out. All data from the application is sent to the group. But I can't reply to submitted requests from the group. When I want to reply (reply) the bot ignores the answer and the start markup comes out in the group. How to respond to requests through a group? I use Telebot. Thanks in advance.
