Could I install RAM with a higher frequency than the motherboard supports according to the manufacturer?

Could I install RAM with a higher frequency than the motherboard supports, I now have one stick of 2GB RAM with a frequency of 1333MHz installed, but on the motherboard it says that in Dual DDR3 1066, can I add another 4GB of RAM with a frequency of 1333MHz?

It is possible, but the mother will still cut off to the maximum frequency supported by her.

Yes.
But:
1) The final frequency will still be lower.
2) The delay will be longer (higher frequency memory has more delay).
3) But there is a chance that the specification of the motherboard is outdated and in fact this memory can be used. Update the BIOS.
