There is an SPF entry:
mxs IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:***.***.228.0/22 ~all"
Please explain what the ending ip - 0/22 means and what ~all
is This range is from 0 to 22 ?

22 is the subnet mask 255.255.252.0
~all means "process mail from other addresses as you see fit, but do not discard"

~all это soft reject (нестрогий запрет принимать почту с других IP).
/22 это длина префикса CIDR.
