Correct registration form?
Is it necessary to have a CHECKBOX (tick) in the registration form with a text like "I accept the terms of the User Agreement and give my consent to the processing of my personal information" (as an example)?
Or you can just (without a checkbox) add TEXT like "By clicking the "Register" button, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
How right? Checkbox or just text? What other pitfalls are there?
For example, Yandex has a checkbox: Link
And Rambler has just a text next to the registration button: Link

I write at the level of human perception. I don’t understand the question)
Few people read the text, but the tick implies that you seem to have signed. And it says: I accept ...
Like, if I accepted and didn’t read, it’s my own fault, but the second is a quiet version. And in general, which of the ordinary inhabitants reads the fine print.
"Tick" helps to sell a related service such as a subscription to an advertising mailing list, ie. if you add one more checkbox, then there is a high probability that the user will automatically check both.
Legally, both options are equivalent.
