Correct lighting?
Decided to make the right lighting in the room.
Room parameters - 5x3 meters, height ~ 2.2 meters.
Appointment - work at the computer, drawing.
I settled on fluorescent lamps.
Of the manufacturers, I tend to Osram, although not against Philips.
Lamps.
Model - Osram Lumilux de luxe T8.

I think the maximum power is 58 watts.
Lamp.
While I'm thinking about this:

Of the criteria - reliability, no flicker of lamps (from AC mains) and price.
Unfortunately, I can't figure out the first two criteria on my own.
Questions.
1. Which lamp should you choose?
2. Is it possible to get by with one lamp of 58 watts? Or is it better to have two? If there are two, is it better to place them further away from each other or can they be side by side?
Maybe someone has already made good lighting with fluorescent lamps (with good color rendering and illumination) and can advise a good solution from their own experience?
