Correct binding of Godaddy domain to hosting?

There are addresses of ns servers:

1. ns1.jino.ru (217.107.34.200)
   
2. ns2.jino.ru (217.107.217.16)
   
3. ns3.jino.ru (217.107.219.170)
   
4. ns4.jino.ru (81.177.139.205)
   

I specified them in the "Name servers" :


In the "DNS zone file" I specified the same servers, but there were still records by default that I did not




make : interesting that works . Explain if everything is set up correctly? If not, why not?

It works unstable, because the web server messes up, it also gives a white page, which means DNSs have nothing to do with it.
At first glance, everything is set up correctly.

Most likely a hosting issue. Try some domain monitoring tool that sends requests from different places to see why.
