Correct Atol cash desk settings on Bitrix for a simplified taxation system?

Good afternoon!
There was a following problem. When setting up a cash register, I set a simplified taxation system (income minus expenses). At the same time, it is recommended not to change the VAT rates, it seems like they are put down automatically (from the Atol webinar and the Bitrix lesson).
But when checks come in, they cost 20% VAT, although there should be no VAT. What could be the problem and where to look for it? In the Bitrix settings or on the Athol side?
