Corporate wiki is a replacement for Confluence, what are the options?

Due to the fact that Confluence will no longer sell the server version, but only the cloud, from February 2, it became necessary to move to another sefl-hosted solution.

Can you recommend any alternatives for project and code documentation? You can pay a solution, but be sure to self-hosted.
