Corporate portal "out of the box", is there a normal one?

Where can I deploy the corporate portal?
There are a couple of similar questions here, but the answers are either not there, or they are centuries old. We need an internal portal where there will be news, announcements, events, a knowledge base, documents for acquaintance, etc. You need an out-of-the-box option. I downloaded the Bitrix24.Corporate Portal demo, deployed it, but it looks like a social network + there is a bunch of modular garbage like CRM and other things, and if you disable them, then you need to sit there and reconfigure everything. Sharepoint, I think it will be too bulky and more expensive for the money.
Who has corporate portals on what, share your opinion.

Expand is not enough. It needs to be set up.
Portal integration into your business is a different story.
