Hello. What is the difference between these databases? Where should one be used and where should the other be used?

I won’t say about the first one, the second one is a cloud-based JSON-like database, for synchronization and small data, that’s it, plus it’s easy to learn and with a convenient developer console, Realm is a NoSQL database for android right on the device (although there is already a server version there), analogue of SqLite3.
