Copyright issue

I want to work according to the following scheme:
1) Pay people for articles.
2) Place them on your behalf on the network.

I myself am not a legal entity. How can I do everything in the most legal way, so that no one can later make claims to me about copyright?

<code > Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Part IV
Article 1265. The right of authorship and the right of the author to a name
1. The right of authorship - the right to be recognized as the author of a work and the right of the author to a name - the right to use or allow the use of a work under his own name, under an assumed name (pseudonym) or without specifying a name, that is anonymous, inalienable and non-transferable, including when transferring to another person or transferring to him the exclusive right to a work and when granting another person the right to use the work. Waiver of these rights is void.
Article 1288
2. An author's order agreement may provide for the alienation to the customer of the exclusive right to a work to be created by the author, or the granting to the customer of the right to use this work within the limits established by the agreement.

It is enough to simply conclude an author's order agreement, in which it is indicated that after the Author has completed the work, signed the documents on acceptance of the work performed and the Customer has fulfilled its payment obligations, the exclusive right to the work created by the author passes to the Customer.
But what name of the author to indicate when publishing a work is decided by its Author. This right cannot be bought, taken away or transferred. The most correct way out of this situation is to indicate the real name of the Author or his pseudonym, indicating "by order" of the Customer.
If it is critical for you to have your name under the article, then under Article 1265, you can do this: Your name can be taken for the fictitious name of the Author (pseudonym), under which the author allows you to publish his works, because the Author has the right to publish his works under any name. It can be assumed that the fictitious name of the Author will coincide with your real name, unless of course you do not mind. But, this must be included in the terms of the contract of the author's order. For example:
“The Author instructs the Customer to indicate the name “Vasily Tapkin” as the author’s name when publishing the Work. (where "Vasily Tapkin" is the name under which you want to publish the work).
The negative side of this plan is that the author can change his mind at any time and demand that the information about the author's name in the following publications be changed. Nothing can be done about this. But, I think in a real situation, few people will go for it.

The author in any case will remain the author and the copyright will belong to him. But you can take ownership.
Why do you want to publish other people's articles on your behalf? ;-}

The question is not in the search for authors, but in the fact that the authors could not present claims to me.
