Copying text to the clipboard, excluding some style options

Hello. By the nature of my activity, I need to copy many large sections of text from MS Word 2003 into InDesign 6 (decrees and other officialdom). There is a lot of text, there are a lot of blocks, and often in the text sections are highlighted in bold. The problem is that formatting-preserving copying preserves extra text properties, and when applying a style, InDesign conflicts half the time and doesn't change the font or font size, and you have to do a lot of small work. When copying without saving - again, you have to make a lot of bold selections in the text, which takes even more time.
Actually, the question is: what program can be used instead of Word, so that when copying to the clipboard, only the style parameters are saved, and the rest of the properties (size, font, etc.) are ignored? If there is none, then what method can solve the issue of such a quick text transfer? OS WinXP.

Paste text while maintaining all formatting in InDesign. Assign the corresponding Chracter Style to all styles that you want to save as autocorrect. Reset the Paragraph Style settings. Here you get what you want.
The script for this case is highly dubious. Since often in each document users do not adhere to the same formatting and everyone does what he wants.

As an option - save the text in html - ms word it allows. Most likely, he will highlight the style with b or strong tags - he will most likely make the rest of the styles into inline styles or just styles. Accordingly, clean it up quickly using autocorrect in the same notepad ++ and open it in the browser. In theory, after copying from the browser, it will take only the style parameters. Didn't try it myself, ID not set. But I would do so.
