The task was to automatically determine the coordinates of a point at an arbitrary distance from the beginning of the route, and I just can’t understand from which side to approach the solution of the problem. It seems that both Yandex and Google sifted for an answer, but either I’m asking the wrong question ... or “the skis don’t go” ...)))

Yes, it looks like you didn't ask the question. Do you need to know the distance from a point to a point in a straight line or from a point to a point with a street bend condition?
