Cool thing PowerMate, but does not work on Windows 7?

Good day to all!
Once I read a review about such a thing as Power Mate. My hands itched a lot, but it didn't work out with the money. I mount a lot - this thing would help me a lot, and in general a convenient thing. Then the money came. And so I ordered - I bought it on eBay! Comes, I connect - and shish! Does not work. I let's dig the Internet in search of an answer. They have a utility on their site only for XP, but not for the seven. In the next couple of weeks, I tried everything I could: changed firewood, changed compatibility, read a bunch of forums - nothing works. I wrote to Griffin's technical support - the answer came:

So sorry to hear you're experiencing trouble with your PowerMate. While the software has not been updated for Windows 7, and is not officially supported, we have not had any issues with using it in our offices. You do want to make sure you are using the latest software/drivers (version 2.0.1 for XP & Vista), which are available here:

While the software has not been updated for Windows 7, and is not officially supported, we have not had any issues with using it in our offices.

As I understand it, in their office the device works on Win7 under firewood from XP & Vista. Check the device on some other computer, and under different windows. Something tells me that yours might just be broken.

Try to run firewood for Vista in compatibility mode (in properties) Vista - with firewood from old vidyuhi rolls.

It's strange, I have it now to the left of the keyboard: it worked fine at first on the seven, now on the eight. The utility costs version 2.0.1. build 61. No problems, in general.

Windows 10 pro x64 everything works like clockwork. The Germans did it anyway.
