Cool script for sending mail?

Is there a cool mailing script?
I mean not just phpmailer, but to make a site-service
so that the manager can log in there and do mailings to clients
, everything will work on vds
, so there is no binding to any language, well, it’s desirable to have it in php)
and it’s desirable that there be some kind of then statistics on opening transitions,
so that there is a tracking of clicks on spam, etc.

Mailchimp is a great service. Scripts are not needed.
Hosting providers are struggling with these limits (we had 600 emails a day, well, visitors were taken into account), so it’s unlikely that you will be able to spam now, and spam mailings have long grown into a large-scale business
